These terms govern your use of WedSearch.ai, an AI visibility tracking tool for wedding suppliers operated by Arran Kenny Ltd. By subscribing to the service, you agree to these terms.

WedSearch.ai tracks how your business appears in AI search tools including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. The service queries these platforms using search prompts relevant to your selected regions, detects mentions of your brand, identifies competitors being recommended in your place, and generates AI-powered recommendations to help improve your visibility.
This is an information tool. It does not guarantee improved bookings, enquiries, or visibility in any AI search platform.
WedSearch.ai is a paid subscription service billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the agreed price on each renewal date. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge. During this retry period, you will retain access to your dashboard. If all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be revoked.
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Early subscribers receive locked pricing for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. This means the price you pay at sign-up will not increase for as long as you maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription.
If you cancel your subscription and later re-subscribe, you will lose your locked rate and be charged the price available at the time of re-subscription.
"Lifetime" in this context means for the lifetime of the service and your continuous subscription — it does not mean in perpetuity. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days' notice (see Section 6).
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page in your account settings, which is handled via the Stripe customer portal.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law or in the event of service discontinuation (see Section 6).
Each account may track up to 50 search prompts. We reserve the right to adjust this limit or take action if we detect abusive or excessive usage that impacts the service for other users.
We may discontinue the service at any time with a minimum of 30 days' notice via the email address associated with your account. In the event of discontinuation, any prepaid annual subscriptions will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
We may also terminate individual accounts without notice in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
WedSearch.ai relies on third-party APIs provided by OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity to retrieve AI search results. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee:
Results are provided on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for inaccurate data, missing results, or changes to third-party platforms.
The recommendations provided by WedSearch.ai are generated by AI based on your visibility data. We do our best to make them useful, but they are suggestions rather than professional SEO, marketing, or business advice — and we cannot guarantee specific results.
You should not rely solely on these recommendations when making business decisions. We accept no liability for any outcomes, losses, or missed opportunities arising from actions taken based on our recommendations.
WedSearch.ai is currently in early development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. We do not guarantee uptime, and occasional bugs or service interruptions should be expected.
By subscribing during this early period, you acknowledge and accept that the service is a work in progress.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Your use of WedSearch.ai is entirely at your own risk.
This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you create an account and use the service, we collect the following:
Your data is used solely to provide the service: running AI search queries, detecting your brand, tracking competitors, and generating recommendations. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties, except as required to operate the service (e.g. Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails).
To operate efficiently, WedSearch.ai uses a shared query pool. This means that when multiple users track the same region, the underlying AI search query is executed once and the response is shared. However, brand detection is always performed individually per user — your detection results, competitors, and recommendations are private to your account and never visible to other users.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@arrankenny.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
When you cancel your subscription, your account data will be retained for 90 days in case you re-subscribe, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
